Our Mission
Numbers have always been my calling. I’m naturally drawn to math because of its logic and the satisfaction of finding answers. My first bookkeeping job was with my Uncle in the early 90’s, using paper ledgers and relying on manual calculations. Since then, I’ve embraced technology and constantly improved my skills to help businesses keep their finances organized and error free. In 2013, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in legal studies, after juggling school and raising two young children. I achieved a major milestone in 2020 by becoming an Enrolled Agent. I’m committed to using my expertise and experience to help individuals and businesses to maximize their tax savings.

I specialize in general administrative support from checking emails, making phone calls, to organizing those files that no one wants to even look at anymore. I believe that every task can be made enjoyable with the right attitude and approach. I strongly value communication and mindfulness in the workplace and will strive to deliver high-quality results and ensure that clients feel supported every step of the way.
Additionally, I value enjoying the sunshine with my family through the many conduits Alaska has to offer. Our family adventures from the bike paths to the mountain tops through biking, hiking, riding, and general exploration of the wonders that Alaska boast. If we aren’t enjoying the outdoors, we are at the basketball courts, baseball fields, or church. Knowing the value is of family is essential, and that is why I want to help you, so you have more time to enjoy with your family.

Coming from the financial industry I bring over 10 years of Mortgage, banking, and bookkeeping experience in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska to the Kimberly Allen team. With service as a natural calling and numbers bringing only joy, I pride myself on providing personalized professional services to all clients from a diverse pool of backgrounds and industries. Your go to person for all the weekly posting, monthly reconcile and review of files. Having the mortgage background I can offer a complete schedule real estate owned (SREO) for clients so a complete picture of rental income is at their fingertips.
Our family decided in 2017 to take our family from Alaska to Oregon. We now live with our 4 children, exploring not only their activities but the greater pacific northwest.
